When I saw that scene, I knew that I wanted to make an avatar where his hair is blowing. I'm surprised that the colours actually don't look so bad in this icon...
I gave it a pinkish overlay, and it accentuated the cherry blossoms :)
And I had to draw his nose manually because his nose disappeared after I scaled it smaller! ^^;

yay. but its not animating after I resized it x_x...is there anything I maybe did wrong? I'm quite sure it stayed as .gif file.
